The ASC Connect Portal 2.0 is live and ready for use!

Here's what you need to know today...

 

Why did the Connect Portal move?

The new platform we're hosting the Connect Portal on will allow us to expand its capabilities in the future and provide a better, more intuitive user experience for you, our valued customers. 

All the features you enjoy today are still available, and we'll be adding more in the future. 

Do I need to recreate my account on the new Connect Portal?

No - if you already have an active** Connect Portal account with access to at least one pricing account, you do not need to create a new account once the new site is live. 

Instructions for accessing your account on the new portal were emailed to you on the morning of Monday June 23, 2025. 

 

**Active users are defined as users who have logged in to the legacy Connect Portal within the last year.

How do I login?

If you have an active Connect Portal account, this is how you log into your account for the first time on the new site.

 

Click here to be taken to the new Connect Portal Single Sign On to set your password.

Then follow the steps listed below. 

1. Access the Microsoft Form

  • Click the above link to open the Microsoft password reset form. Note: this will also be your password going forward for your asc-es.com site account and tools (Submittal Manager and Seis Brace).

2Enter Email Address

  • On the form, enter your email address in the designated field.
  • Click the “Send verification code” button.

3. Receive Verification Code

  • A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered. The sender will be "Microsoft on behalf of ASC Engineered Solutions - B2C" <msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com>.
  • This email should arrive within five minutes after it is requested. If it does not appear in your inbox, please check your promotional / SPAM inbox section.

4. Enter Verification Code

  • Check your email for the verification code.
  • Enter the code into the “Verification Code” text box on the form.
  • Click “Verify code.”

5. Email Address Verified

  • Once the code is verified, click “Continue.”

6. Set New Password

    • The password change form will appear.
    • Enter your new password and confirm it.
    • Password requirements will be displayed on the screen.
    • Click “Continue.”

 7. Redirect to Connect Portal

    • After submitting the new password, you will be redirected to the Connect Portal and can sign in with your new account credentials.

And now you're ready to use the ASC Connect Portal 2.0!

The Connect Portal is now located at connectportal.asc-es.com 

What features are available on the new Connect Portal?

All the features the Portal has today are still available on the new version of the site:

  • Custom net pricing for all ASC SKUs
  • Build custom price worksheets
  • My Favorites list
  • Order history
  • Order status
  • Order tracking
  • View & download invoices
  • View & download packing slips
  • View product inventory by location
  • Submit an RMA request

PLUS --

  • Search by SKU number
  • Single sign on with asc-es.com so you can transition between using the Connect Portal and our other web tools - including Seis Brace and Submittal Manager - easily.
Can I place an order in the Connect Portal?

No, online ordering is NOT available in the Connect Portal at this time, nor will it be when the new Connect Portal launches.

Please continue to place orders via the method/s you do today.

Is the ASC website changing?

The ASC corporate website asc-es.com is here to stay. The website contains all the information / content and functionality that it had before EXCEPT the Connect Portal features.

All Connect Portal features and functionalities are now accessible to those who have an account at connectportal.asc-es.com. The portal has not lost any functionalities that it had in its previous location.

 

Why isn't my pricing loading?
  • Make sure you've requested access to your account and it has been approved. You can do so on your profile page.
  • Once access has been approved, log out and then back into the portal for access to activate.
  • If you still aren't seeing your pricing, please clear your cache. 
My pricing has been approved, now what?

Welcome to the portal! Now that your account access is approved you can utilize all of the features on the new Connect Portal. 

Before you dive into all the portal has to offer, please log out and back in for the access to activate.
